About Roaster Specialty Coffee
Roaster Specialty Coffee is one of Bolivia’s early specialty coffee pioneers, with more than 25 years of experience across producing, roasting, cupping, barista training, and education.[1] Based in La Paz, it works through the full coffee chain, using its own Finca Kantutani while also sourcing from other origins, and it supplies roasted coffee to the national industry as well as exporting green and roasted beans.[1] Its roasting approach emphasizes preserving coffee quality and flavor through careful roast development, rather than treating roasting as a purely commercial step.[1] The company also stands out for its training work, having taught barismo and coffee culture to more than 6,600 people.[1]
