The story
Run by the Aguirre family for generations, El Injerto in the highlands of Huehuetenango is one of Central America's most decorated farms, with a long record at the Guatemala Cup of Excellence.
The estate is especially known for its meticulous Pacamara lots, alongside Bourbon and small experimental plantings of Gesha.
