The story
Aida Batlle is one of the most recognised names in Central American coffee, farming family land on the Santa Ana volcano. Her work championing careful varietal separation and experimental processing helped reposition El Salvador on the specialty map.
Her Bourbon and Pacamara lots are long-time favourites of leading roasters.
