The story
Konga, in the Gedeo zone of Yirgacheffe, gathers cherry from surrounding smallholders for washing and drying. The area's heirloom varieties and high elevation produce the delicate, floral, citrus-and-tea profile that made Yirgacheffe famous.
It is exactly the style of clean, light-roasted Ethiopian lot that suits a tea-clear V60 brew.
