What you need

Method
Grind coffee to a medium-fine consistency.
Place the pour over dripper on top of your cup or carafe.
Pour hot water into the dripper to preheat it and warm up your serving vessel.
Add 15g of coffee grounds to the filter paper.
Pour 50g of hot water over the coffee in stages, starting from the center and moving outward.
Wait until most of the water has dripped through before adding another 50g of hot water.
Stir gently after each addition to ensure even extraction.
