A Honduras Parainema lot from producer Rosalio Ventura in Mercedes, Ocotepeque, grown at 1,250 meters and processed using anaerobic natural fermentation. It offers notes of honey, stone fruit, vanilla, caramel, roasted nuts, and lemonade over a silky body with hints of tea-like spice and nutmeg.
A natural-processed Red Bourbon from the Kanzu Washing Station in Nyamasheke, Rwanda, grown at 1800–2100 meters above sea level overlooking Lake Kivu. Dried slowly on raised beds with the fruit intact, it delivers blueberry jam, dried fruit, and soft florals with a fuller body and lingering sweetness.
