About Kmen Coffee Roasters
Kmen Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster based in České Budějovice, established in late 2021 and rooted in southern Bohemia. Its approach centers on the idea that coffee is fruit: each lot is treated as distinct, with an emphasis on varied flavor profiles rather than a single “correct” taste. The roastery explicitly prioritizes sustainability across the full coffee chain, from raw material to cup, and it offers espresso, filter, capsules, subscriptions, courses, and wholesale.
