The company sources, roasts, and serves Arabicas “in a transparent, ethical and eco-friendly way,” positioning itself as a polished operator in the city’s specialty coffee scene.[1][3] It now runs 20 venues across Paris, including the former Matamata Coffee Shop, which Noir acquired in 2022.[1]
