Otus Coffee is a specialty roaster based in Florida (operating from their roasting facility called The Nest) that sources responsibly-selected coffee beans from farms worldwide and roasts each to its optimal profile. They offer single-origin and blended coffees across light, medium, and dark roasts, with retail sales available for home consumption and a wholesale program for coffee partners. The roasting facility opens to the public for pickup on select days.
