Talk N' Coffee has operated out of Deptford, New Jersey since 1992, when founder Steve Rohner opened the shop after years of driving 50+ miles weekly to find quality coffee. His conclusion—that freshness and roasting style were the keys to a great cup—became the shop's founding philosophy. Rohner built the operation around a custom 1,000-pound roaster, sourcing green arabica beans from around the world and roasting during morning store hours so customers can watch the process and leave with still-warm bags of coffee.

The roaster carries over 50 varieties, spanning unflavored single-origins and blends as well as flavored coffees. Signature offerings include a House Coffee and a Java Coffee, described as customer favorites. The shop also stocks flavored options such as Hazelnut and French Vanilla, which it markets as chemical-solvent-free—a point the website addresses in a dedicated page. All coffee ships in 12 oz bags.
