Mark Ferrari Specialty Coffees is a specialty roaster based in Oshkosh, Nebraska, founded in 2006 with roots tracing back to 1986 when owner Mark Ferrari began his roasting apprenticeship in Kona, Hawaii. The company produces world-famous 100% Kona coffee from their family farm in Kona and sources premium beans from various growing regions worldwide to create signature blends. Mark personally hand-roasts every batch using traditional slow-roasting methods. Their product line includes single-origin Kona coffees in multiple formats, flavored blends (vanilla, hazelnut, creme brulee, chocolate almond), espresso roasts, and macadamia nuts.
