Supreme Roastworks is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe based in Oslo, Norway, operating under a blunt, self-stated philosophy: "No fuss, just great coffee." The roaster has carved out a distinct identity in the Norwegian capital by sourcing single-origin lots from named producers across Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Honduras, Kenya, and Peru — a lineup that signals deliberate supply-chain relationships rather than anonymous commodity buying.

Founding details are not publicly documented, but the roaster has grown to include at least one prominent retail and cafe location at Aker Brygge, Oslo's upscale waterfront district, alongside an active e-commerce operation offering subscriptions and retail bags. The Aker Brygge outpost extends its hours into the evening several nights a week, shifting from a daytime specialty coffee bar into a low-key social venue — a format noted by Sprudge as pairing natural wine, craft beer, and vinyl records alongside the coffee program.

The current green-coffee portfolio reflects a sourcing approach organized around individual producers and specific micro-regions: washed Yirgacheffe from Ethiopia's Magarissa Halo, anaerobic natural from Colombia's Huila via José Espinoza, washed Kenya AA from Kirinyaga's Inoi Ndimi station, and natural Brazilians from Rosimeire in the Mantiqueira highlands. Processing variety spans washed, natural, and anaerobic natural, with both filter and espresso roast profiles offered on select origins.
