Cajamarca
Peru's primary northern coffee region on the eastern Andes slopes. Small farms and cooperatives produce smooth, balanced washed coffees with chocolate and almond notes. Organic certification is common here.
Roasters Sourcing from Peru
Region-level sourcing isn’t normalized in the directory yet — these are roasters who source from Peru broadly. Many specifically source Cajamarca when in season.
